For nearly a decade, I have been studying and integrating the tools of classical East Asian medicine and modern neuroscience. In my clinical practice, I primarily draw upon Japanese acupuncture, classical Chinese herbalism, and craniosacral therapy. I often incorporate flower essence therapy, Neuro Emotional Technique, and thoughtful somatic practices.
